LS observed staff at the front desk radioing to the classroom for a child, then a child left the classroom to meet their guardian at the front door, with no staff in the hallway with the child. LS observed a child leave a back classroom, run down the hallway to the front door, and give another child something that was left in the classroom. No staff were in the hallway with the child.
