Upon arrival LS McPhatter knocked on the door and observed staff #4 in the classroom and hallway; while there were four children in the classroom; she was covering for staff #3. Staff #1 asked staff #2 to stand in the threshold of her classroom that has two children in it and watch staff #1's classroom; that has 4 children in it; through her open door approximately 4 feet way from staff #2's classroom. Staff #2 agreed to do so. Staff #1 left her room to open the door for LS McPhatter.
