Ensure to use a foot activate pail for diapering and must be within arm reach of diaper table. Additionally ensure after diaper changing children hands are washed along with staff in the one- year - old classroom. ( This was corrected during the visit)

Provide a MAR for a diaper cream. ( This was corrected when the parent completed the MAR)

Ratios, Group Size, and Supervision (regulation 27U)
Ensure direct supervision and observation of children is provided at all times. Ensure infants and toddlers are cared for in separate room from preschool and older. Two one-year-old and two two year-old year observed napping with preschoolers in the preschool classroom. During the visit the building only had three staff members. This was discussed with the staff members and they agreed. OCCL will conduct a follow up visit.
Indoor Space (regulation 49U)
Ensure every exit, exit access and exit discharge is free of obstruction at all times. The exit to the back of the building is blocked by construction work.
Sleeping Accommodations and Safe Sleep Environments (regulation 56U)
Ensure to provide a quiet activity to children who are not resting and ensure to maintain staff to child ratio when children are not sleeping. One staff member was observed with 12 children the youngest was one year old. ( This was discussed with the staff member)

Submit and received approval before changing/ making additions to the indoor or outdoor area. LS observed construction work to center and outdoor play area has been relocated. Submit plan review to OCCL
