There is a preschool program across the street and in the upstairs of the main building. They also have child care right off the front desk area where you can drop off your child while you work out. Great cardio and weight strength machines. They also have a gymnasium for basketball, pickleball and there are also racquetball courts.…

The Spirit Mind Body Center (which is wonderful with incredible instructors!) was closed for approximately two weeks due to an HVAC issue. These things happen but this was not well communicated, we checked the website multiple times and never saw any mention of this, making us waste time driving to/from the Y.
