I looked at several programs for my son and even took him out of his original daycare to move him to Teddy Bear and we could not be happier. They encourage parent participation, they keep their facility super clean, staff is always interacting with the children...can't say enough great things about this program.

When my kids are on site, the teachers are mostly caring and attentive. I think the late policies and written notice need to be a little clearer, but that's the only suggestion I have.
