I always ask them if they had a good day at school and it’s always YES. I love that they send me pictures throughout the day of what they’re doing and learning. They have the most extravagant birthday parties for the kids and are always so sweet and understanding.

Instead of actual childcare and helping teach kids about their feelings and how to express them, they call the parents to come pick up the child. I understand if things are really out of control but there was a time they called me EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR A WEEK to pick my kid up. I nearly lost my job…

(It clearly states in the parent handbook they they will not take responsibility for kids that are not signed in) I was reassured by the girl that it would be taken care of. It never was.
