We were originally told by the director - in writing - that we only owed for two weeks of care since our children did not attend the full month. However, the director later revoked this agreement and demanded payment for the entire month. The situation escalated when they sued us in small claims court for $4,200…

Our child began attending at 4 months old until she was 4.5 years old, when we moved out of state. She was treated with love, dignity, and respect by the teachers and leadership.
