I go here for the gym. It's a decent gym, has basic machines and weights. Some machines aren't working properly like the arc trainer. The gym was recently remodeled so it looks nice though. I wish the pool had better hours and that the hot tub was still offered. Apparently it's been out of use for a while now. The staff and members are very friendly and I always feel welcome here. We used to hang out in the room, play fun games and rock climbing in the Youth Adventure Center. And best of all, I took swimming lessons here. Now that I'm grown up, I can come every now and then for some exercises where I get healthy and strong like my dad.

The instructors are experienced and don't push for results, everyone goes at their own pace. Love all the new workout machines.
