They care and love so much- somehow supporting every child to sleep during nap every day with a head rub or back scratch. They allow kids to be kids, never worrying about a sticky glue mess or bad weather. The kids are fed healthy, balanced snacks and are covered in dirt head to toes when you pick them up :)
