Loved the activities planned by the teachers and the updates in bright day app. Also appreciated that teachers would summarise the day at pick up. My son loved picking up his checkout afternoon snack and that used to be a daily ritual discussing what is for snack today. Also have books that can be borrowed. While there are caring teachers, some of the teachers are just looking at this as a job and don't have the best interest of the child at heart. It's cookie-cutter classes with strict curriculums with zero flexibility. We had to take our child to urgent care seven times for the first 2 months we were here. We're now in a home daycare for half the cost and she's a…

Most of the remaining teachers are trying their best, but they are visibly overworked. Classrooms are merged when short on staff and sometimes you can see the remaining admins helping out in the classrooms as well. Quality of care for children and teachers has definitely changed for the worst.
