Children are treated as if they were their own and you are kept updated on how your child is doing daily as well as cute photos of your little one throughout the day. I asked her name in English, and she rudely refused to answer! I wonder, if this is how they treat parents who speak Spanish, how must they treat the children? I can't believe the way she spoke to me! I'm shocked!
