During our visit, a child ran from the older kids’ area straight through the infant room and out toward the yard, something the staff didn’t notice until we pointed it out. We also saw staff members smoking outside while wearing their Cadence shirts, which didn’t sit well with us. Given our experience, it’s hard to understand all the 5-star reviews.…
