One time, when it was time to go on the carpet slide, I vividly remember a staff member singling me out, not letting me go on bc I was a "safety hazard" bc I was too tall. I had to go on all by myself. I begged her, apparently she would've "lost" her job. I hope both sides of her pillow are warm

However, we were disappointed with the owner’s approach.
