We had a virtual meeting with the principal Ms Chen who stated that drop off was from 8am-8:30am the latest 9am. The principal also stated that she and the staff were willing to work with parents if parents cannot pick up the child on time or wanted to extend their time at school. All paperworks were submitted on time, called about 5 times a day to just get an update and office manager were never available. I get the everybody is busy, but at least let the parents know. FYI, called today to get an update regarding the application, I was put on hold for 30 minutes and I just hung up and never got a call back…
