We as parents have a hard enough time finding someone to trust our babies with while we have to work, then to encounter what my family and myself have gone through multiple times here is absolutely horrifying. There's parents who are allowed to just walk in and make threats. Which the staff tells the children not to tell their parents. I know a child that got bullied and beat up, once he fought back the parent was told they don't fix violence with violence.
