1st of all whoever the woman working at the daycare with BIG spider lashes take them off 2nd of all if you know you’re going to be useless and not even pick up ONE out of multiple kids crying DONT WORK THERE!!! as simple as that just because they’re infants - toddlers and can’t speak doesn’t mean they don’t feel or need the same care if anything they need MORE do better

They don’t have inclusive practices in the does or mental health departments. They can’t fool me as I work in education too. As a parent in this community, this district needs to be investigated!
