Their lock-in strategies (registration fee to be paid 6-months ahead of the school year starts, $1000 deposit which they wont return to you if you dont leave in the last month of the school year, etc.). A month after we paid 1100, 5 months before the start date, we found out we were moving out of Mountain View so I let them know right away.
