Very rude neighbors, no consideration for others…they will have their landscaping guy using the blower machine at 6:55 AM on Saturday morning waking up children and babies, no consideration for the people who have to sleep in because of work…absolutely rude neighbors of our El Monte neighborhood very disappointing.
