This new manager called Nicole (who only got the job because her mom owns the company other parents tell me) has ZERO personal skills. Makes zero effort to make connections with parents or the kids. Therefore they did not pick up both kids the next day. And I had to drive back from San Jose at 12:30pm and get the kids.
