They play their music when practicing for special events that can be heard loud and clearl 1/2 block away. Try living next door, or 2 doors down or across the street. Imagine your neighbor with their speakers positioned toward your house at full blast, in the morning! Nothing but a concert needs to be that loud! Daily we hear children…
