There are clear and ongoing staffing issues, and I personally observed situations where classrooms were stretched beyond appropriate teacher-to-child ratios. This is concerning from both a safety and supervision standpoint. During these situations, support from management appeared limited, leaving staff to handle difficult conditions on their own. Inside was even worse- dusty and worn classroom furniture. What sealed the deal as a no for me was all the state violations. Multiple ones for being over ratio- which is a huge safety issue. And multiple ones for not properly background checking staff- another huge safety issue.
