My son started at KinderCare at 3 months old, and from the very beginning he’s been so loved and well taken care of by everyone there! The infant room staff are so sweet and attentive to him. They listen to any requests we may have (eg, nap lengths, feeding times, etc). Danielle, Monica, and staff are amazing! With COVID, they have put very strict protocols in place which makes me feel more at ease. The teachers post pictures of your child and daily notes to keep you posted about what your child is doing in the parent app. Any questions I have are addressed immediately. I did the tour and paperwork and from what I saw and experienced was rather pleasant and difficult. The staff was polite and patient. The director that worked in front desk had to manage other children as well leaving the front desk unoccupied. The intake forms were difficult for me to fill out without a system in place and had to complete it all through Google docs. They had a lot of children and multiple teachers…
