I'm not sure why she would promise to issue me a refund check if she had already credited my account, but thankfully it's all sorted out. The facility was always clean, and the teachers were absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, my son requires specialized care, which has led us to transition him elsewhere at this time. However, we truly hope he is able to return in the future!
